Tool Components: Attendance Forms
Attendance forms allow you to record participation at your project activities. Our forms are flexible such that you can record individual attendance (i.e. indicate whether a specific individual attended an event) or simply record the number of participants at an event, or any combination of the above. The attendance forms allow you to enter individual attendance for multiple individuals and for multiple activities at one time. Attendance information can be accompanied by notes, information on the staff who delivered the services, and other critical pieces of information about the activity event. The attendance information is then recorded in each individual's case file, and can be accessed by activity category or by individual. Continuously updated participation statistics are also made available at the individual and project level.
