Tool Components: Case Management Forms
The Case Management System is one of the primary tools used by DeepWell Data Services to track project and individual progress and to provide feedback to program administrators. Various data entry forms are tied together to produce a comprehensive overview of notes, activities attended, profile information, etc. for individuals and groups. The Case Management System is extremely flexible, dynamic, and can provide information at various levels for discrete population groups. Besides providing an aggregate that can be used to monitor general program progress, detailed and comprehensive records about individual program participants can be automatically compiled for review. These “case files” provide both activity statistics as well as qualitative notes about the individual entered by staff or mentors.
